Granola
4 Cups Oats
1 cup walnuts
1cup almond slivers
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp ginger
1.5 tsp nutmeg
1tsp cloves
1tsp sea salt
1/4-1/2 cup maple syrup (sweetness preference)
3 TBS hazelnut oil/grapseed oil/coconut oil
preheat oven to 325
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add maple syrup and oil. Toss and spread onto pan. Bake for 18-20 min. Stir half way through.
*This is very modifiable. Sometimes I use different nuts. Add cardamom as a seasoning, or pupkin pie spice. I love to use hazelnut oil but it is definitely not necessary. My kids still request this for their breakfast daily!
